Lesia Shykiriava

Lesia Shykiriava is a research assistant in the INSPIRE project Polish team. Her academic background has combined interdisciplinary and international studies, including an MA in Culture Studies from the National University of “Ostroh Academy” in Ukraine, further specialization in East European and Balkan studies at the University of Warsaw and sociology at the Graduate School for Social Research at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Lesia has extensive experience working in NGOs, where she supported and advocated for people with migration background. Her research interests include gender studies, cultural identity, migration and integration process.
